2. Products and Digital Delivery

101 Series Publishing sells digital products including eBooks, interactive web apps, workbooks, cheat sheets, checklists, trackers, journals, AI prompt packs, Notion workspaces, Canva template packs, and video workshops. All digital products are delivered electronically via your account on 101series.online immediately after purchase confirmation. eBooks sold via Amazon Kindle are subject to Amazon’s terms of service.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Early bird pricing is subject to change without notice. Payment is processed securely via Stripe or PayPal. 101 Series Publishing does not store payment card details.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all digital products purchased directly from 101series.online. To request a refund, email hello@101series.online within 30 days of purchase with your order number. eBooks purchased via Amazon are subject to Amazon’s refund policy. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
